We take extreme care in hiring. The hiring process is slow and still, sometimes - the fit is not there. In such cases, the employee is asked to leave during or after the probation. Even then, we help in recommending them to organizations where they may be a better fit.
Thank you for acknowledging the friendly employees. This doesn't happen at unhappy workplaces.
We recognize all the great work by team members in our Daily meetings, on social media as well. Anyone can check our company social feed or Leaders' Linkedin/Facebook feeds for this.
Please don't malign the best and most fair awards in the industry. We won at UX India, we were adjudged the top 50 Dribbble teams across the globe. Now, at least you would trust Dribbble.
Sorry to say - We really live by Simplicity, Empathy, and Agility. A visit to our office, a peek at our work and the relation that ex-employees have with us is a testimony to that.
