Some really great and talented people work there. Pay is great Care about inclusive language and DEI.
Cons
Amazon culture they're trying to bring is toxic and not great for a startup Burnout is everywhere, HR knows but isn't sure how to fix what's broken. Communication cross company is lacking, communication top down isn't clear.
