Great history. Poor outlook. - Executive Director frog Employee Review

Merger with Capgemini does not leverage or appreciate the ways of work that made frog excellent. The passion of teams and employees is suffering and the work output is less inspired. Recent layoffs and management changes do not suggest a positive turnaround. Likely result of current direction is mainstreaming of the design and strategy work to create an on-ramp for broader Capgemini services, and overall reduction of the ability to truly transform companies through design and innovation.
