People are fleeing in droves. Morale is at an all time low. The wording of the 5 star reviews on Glassdoor read like a paid review on Amazon. How many people go out of their way to commend highly paid managers versus there co-workers? There is a reason the saying is "you'll always miss the people" and not "you'll always miss the management". The guidance and coaching that is provided from leadership and all across the company has been a breath of fresh air. Does that read like a PR firm wrote this? That's because an employee making next to nothing, with fifteen days of PTO a year, would not write this. PTO is generous, would you say fifteen days is generous?
