There are no Pros. The majority of the sales force either left because of the toxic environment or was laid off.
Cons
The CEO is non-existent, doesn't have a clue about the market he's selling in, and is dishonest. The president is terrible! He berated a high performing employee during a sales call (just because she brought light to the company's lack of transparency). The President is also extremely dishonest and a terrible manager of people. The Chief Scientific Officer is arrogant, lazy, and has no business being in the PGx space. He lacks the self awareness to realize how he is perceived (or just doesn't care). For an entire year, he continually lied about dates of product improvements, but NEVER happened. The company consistently told employees that sales and marketing improvements would go into effect, but NEVER did.
