The engineering power was outstanding. Flat structure meant everyone was free to give an opinion. Great work/life balance.

Located in Provo, which meant a longer commute for me. While we were able to share our opinions openly, it felt rare that the leadership would implement them in regards to larger strategy decisions.

The engineering team is brilliant and motivated to do great work and learn and improve. The company culture encourages a healthy work-life balance, and there is a lot of opportunity to participate in the direction of the product and the company. Compensation is competitive, the leadership is very transparent and the CEO genuinely cares about building people, not just the company. Hackathons and side-projects are encouraged and rewarded.

The company is struggling for success in a difficult space with lots of competitors. Finances are fine, but there isn't a runaway success with millions and millions of users. Also the engineering team, although smart, is very young.
