      Pros

      The engineering power was outstanding. Flat structure meant everyone was free to give an opinion. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Located in Provo, which meant a longer commute for me. While we were able to share our opinions openly, it felt rare that the leadership would implement them in regards to larger strategy decisions.

      Pros

      Culture, culture, culture. You are free to grow, learn and explore while doing work that is actually really fun. Good work-life balance, very open communication, top notch marketing and business people and one of the best engineering teams I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      At times, product releases came too slowly. But overall, the team was focused on doing quality work while keeping a good sense of humor. Great company to work with.
