      Pros

      flexible and collaborative culture and management, incentives on top of pay, benefits, employees. overall warm environment. a lot of enablement tools to support success. unlim pto.referral comp.

      Cons

      pay not the best, but not the worst. a lot of SDRs were not able to move up after demonstrating success in role because it wasn't any internal positions available-or not enough. not much diversity in the states, but does have officer in different countries.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
