Pros
I am 90 days into my adventure here at iCIMS and I have enjoyed every moment. iCIMS Onboarding experience is second to none, as leadership truly cares for the happiness and success of its employees. I feel like I have acclimated extremely well, due to the ample 1:1 time with my manager, my SUPER supportive team and because of the positive community here. In regards to culture, iCIMS has something that would be pretty hard to reproduce. This is an environment where people are excited and passionate about what they do and it shows in their day to day. Cannot say enough great things about iCIMS. Thank you to the Talent team in getting me up /running/confident in my role here!
