Pros

A lot of opportunities for hard workers to be recognized, promoted, given additional responsibilities to learn before taking the next step in career. Great office environment, the people are genuinely really nice, real team environment, over all attitude that we all succeed together or all fail together. No finger pointing, everyone works together to over come challenges. (In response to the "Clique" statement: i am not sure why someone would think it is the companies job to hold your hand to make friends. its only natural that people tend to be closer with the people in their department however i have friends in every department. I have worked for many companies, large and small and I do not see "cliques" like they speak of below. my advise is just be friendly and you will have easy time making friends here) I see everyone truly working together to succeed

Cons

I have read some of the reviews and find it interesting that people complain that there is no opportunity yet also complain that management are "inexperienced and all promoted from within" not sure how they are supposed to give us an opportunity to grow yet want to hire from outside. makes no sense, however I think there is a pretty good mix of managers and directors from outside and those promoted from within. I would say company is a hard workers paradise. if you are the type to just do enough to get by, you will probably not do well here. If you work hard and want to be recognized for it, you will do well here. The only true con I would say is that like many places I have seen Perception can be reality here. Important to manage perception

Pros

My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Cons

Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
