Pros
Very nice work environment and office. iCIMS software is a solid platform.
Cons
Turnover, Turnover, Turnover. No direction, poor communication from the top down and across departments. All departments work in Silo's and are more concerned with pointing fingers. Very rarely do they backfill a position, instead all responsibility will be assigned to someone else (without a merit increase). Poor advanced training. Weak recruiting
