Pros

Coworkers truly care about customers and were even more passionate in trying to help one another succeed. The technology is itself is solid.

Cons

The worst work life balance I've ever been apart of. Most coworkers working well past 6:00 PM every single day. Having to take meetings and provide answers while out on "PTO".

Thank you for your feedback. Work/life balance for our employees is important to us. In support of this, we’ve implemented recharge days (company-wide days off), quiet hours (1.5 hour block on the calendar each day), a partnership with Headspace (free to all employees), and several other initiatives. We will continue to work on ways to best support our employees and your feedback is appreciated.

Pros

My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Cons

Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
