      Pros

      Big company, good benefits, some talented people.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Truly. They only look at the numbers, they don’t care if you make up successes so you look good to your manager —until you can’t deliver. Insane, unrealistic expectations. Toxic culture. Lies and broken promises to our customers. Just embarrassing. This place used to be one of the “best places to work”. Hard to believe, because our turnover is extremely high.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
