      Pros

      Icims when I joined was a true unicorn , a successful company with transparent and inspiring leadership that really invested in its employees . I learned a great deal about leadership and about myself during my 5+ years

      Cons

      Venture capital investment lead to a total turnover of the C suite and a new style of leadership that pushed aside the values that made icims so special. While still a good place to work it was difficult to accept and believe in the new leadership

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
