Pros

unlimited PTO you wouldn't dare take and remote work but they will call you on Saturdays and Sundays.

Cons

Diane Fanelli and Pat Bakey are out of their minds, cold and clueless. They make big announcements and bigger mandates in the absence of any supporting facts. Diane has dumbed her account managers down so much they cannot answer the simplest questions for clients without sending them to the blackhole that is their terrible service department. Their motto is hands off who cares. Diane is a one trick pony with the empathy of a stone. She only talks about Digitalization because it aligns with her ruthless lack of empathy or sense of customer service. Good workers and employees would rather be interactive with their clients and proactively helpful - she wants all humanity removed from the process. It's not working. Pat Bakey is a screaming lunatic who lives and breathes insults by the dozens, he micro manages, creates unattainable objectives and hosts meetings on weekends. HR loves their programs and "support" systems and meetings and blah blah blah. They talk a great talk. No amount of unlimited PTO is worth the mental abuse they hand out like candy. Poor Brian Provost actually seems like a nice guy but he cannot know how Pat and Diane are behaving and actually condone it if he is. Steve Lucas played hot potato to that poor guy leaving him with Diane and Pat while he left for his next venture.

Pros

My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Cons

Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
