It was good to be with the team

Sometimes you didn't have any work and sometimes we were over burdened with work

None that I can think of. only that you be be headed by fools(Managers) who does not know anything about Marketing and Sales and they will tell you how to work.

Long list. No Appraisal. You have to give them your original certificates for 18 months and they start torturing you. No Motivation. Do something good and you will be the first one to be Sacked out. Run by a family and will do whatever they want. Treats employees like slaves. After reliving if your next company contacts them for verification they will not respond back. Very unprofessional and abusive languages used.( call the employees animals, dogs etc) Salary will be given late. Deductions from salary without reason. Will make you work for 13 hours most of the time. Best thing they will ask you for money for your relieving letter. They can sack you whenever they feel like.
