Having the ability and opportunity to work on creative and innovative programs daily. Having insight, ideas, and feedback respected and even encouraged by senior leadership. Working for a company that is always adapting and changing to meet the needs of the people we serve.

I have yet to come across cons, I love my job! The population we serve can offer unique challenges at times, but I feel supported in navigating that well!
