Jobs always are available here because of constant turnover.
Cons
You don't get paid holidays outright. You earn them. If you don't have pto, you don't get them paid. Constant turnover of staff in all areas of this agency. HR doesn't do what they're supposed to. So YOU need to make sure you get an official offer letter, job description etc. None of this is a good sign of an organized work environment. No concept of work life balance at this organization.

Unionized Lots of lazy staff. Set in their ways. Not for the weak mined or feeble Patient populations 1 nurse to 30-34 patients Not EMR equipped yet No short term disability company
