None, the newly appointed Sales manager constantly pontificates about his previous success, but has no vision or idea how to execute it here Also lacks the most rudimentary of management skills
Cons
Alot, you get paid commissions late consistently, they pretend to care about employees, but sales management piles work on his subordinates, but is hardly in the office, not on roadshows but for personal reasons, yet that courtesy is not extended to the rest of the staff.
