      Currently, This company don't have any pros

      Cons

      They will take advantage of your need and hire you with less salary. They will not share appointment letter and company policy when they hire you as fresher. for some freshers, no career. They will blackmail you when you are trying to resign saying you have 2 years bond . If you ask for policy they will modify it. HR don't have any rights. There is no leave policies,they will cut salary when you absent for any reason.

      They struggle even to look good and organized to their customers so they can get more projects

      Really horrible experience, company is highly unstable your job totally depends if they have projects or not more over they will never full fill their commitment so please don't believe what they promise, working hours is more than 12 hours if need be hectic schedule and frequent switch in technology stack,team structure is really bad where there is no one to supervise you while you learn, you have to solely rely on internet search engine. please take feedback of existing employees before joining, job security and standard of process is very low in this company
