Pros

- Housing/meals provided - As a lead doing overnight, basically 40-50% of your hours count as overtime (in California) - Almost guaranteed scheduling for the full summer compared to non-leads

Cons

- Most likely minimum wage or minimum wage + 1 per hour - 61 hours a week is a lot of time to deal with kids, especially when you will be sleeping in the same dorm halls
