As a Regional Account Executive, your pay is directly correlated to your ability, as the commissions are a high percentage of your pay. The opportunity for truly strong pay is very achievable, along with the additional bonuses on top! Infotel has a fantatic leadership team that supports its staff strongly. They proritize finding solutions for their clients and have a strong selection of products with a great backend support team behind them.

Some flexibility in time management

Cons

Low pay for most reps, constant stress, management issues especially the with the president are constant. Out of touch with the quality of the work they do. Won’t listen to what’s in the best interests of the clients. Back end web team is the worst to deal with. Constantly making mistakes and can’t handle negative feedback without making excuses. Looks good for outside but you quickly see how dysfunctional the whole company operates.

While we take all reviews seriously, and always listen to all opportunities for improvement, this review comes with some skepticism due to the fact that we don't have a job role with the title of Regional Account Manager, and especially for someone that has been with the company for over 20 years would know that. That being said, the customer is our number one focus, and the quality of the results for our over 1600 paying clients is always front and center. In the sales role, pay is a large part full commission, so earnings are based on performance, and many reps have very high overall pay (yes, some are low due to low sales performance). We know there is always room to do better, and we are currently actively engaged in listening to our current associates ideas and implementing many suggestions for 2025.
