While we take all reviews seriously, and always listen to all opportunities for improvement, this review comes with some skepticism due to the fact that we don't have a job role with the title of Regional Account Manager, and especially for someone that has been with the company for over 20 years would know that. That being said, the customer is our number one focus, and the quality of the results for our over 1600 paying clients is always front and center. In the sales role, pay is a large part full commission, so earnings are based on performance, and many reps have very high overall pay (yes, some are low due to low sales performance). We know there is always room to do better, and we are currently actively engaged in listening to our current associates ideas and implementing many suggestions for 2025.

We appreciate all input, and are always looking to have all of our associates satisfied with their roles with us. As a Regional Account Executive, your pay is directly correlated to your ability, as the commissions are a high percentage of your pay. The opportunity for truly strong pay is very achievable, along with the additional bonuses on top! We are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with your role with us, and hope that wherever you have chosen to pursue your next opportunity has been successful for you.
