- You work with brilliant people who are very competent - You get the chance to work on more than one technical area

- Funding and available work come and go (as of 2011, not sure about now)

Management is easily sold on hiring new talent if you are cheaper than the next guy and embrace cultural work ethic similar to Mr. Lo's - work both US and CHINA hours. Fortunately, Mr. Kong, the VP and CTO is more experienced with not only business professionals, but the technology that would have given the company more success if they had better sales and marketing experts.

- low pay - no bonuses - no company community or team environment - non-US business values - constant turn over -angry/burned sales relationships within industry (poor reputation)
