Flexible schedule. Mostly decent people working there.
Cons
Low pay. Owners extremely cheap and don't get along. Stuck on old products that don't work.

Pros
Good pay, if you can survive the financial ups and downs Nice building and location Good people -- excellent knowledge and potential is here CEO seems to know proper direction for the product.
Cons
Not a stable company currently Sales fluctuate and salaries come and go too quickly Several people left this company or lost their jobs this year. Hours were cut across the board also.
