The role does give you a chance to work on big marketing ideas and creative campaigns.
Cons
The job asks for big results, but the support just is not there. Plans change all the time, so you end up redoing work that was already finished. Getting something approved can take forever, then suddenly everyone wants it done immediately. Feedback shows up late and sometimes goes against what was already agreed on, which makes no sense. A lot of the time you are just putting out fires instead of doing real marketing work. It gets really frustrating and pretty exhausting after a while. If you want a place with clear direction, you might want to avoid this one.
