Pros
The team is very diverse...culturally. That's the only good thing.
Cons
If you are being hired for a US-based position, please read this. This company states that they are a provider of maintenance and janitorial services (which in the US is a true area of struggle in the property management/real estate sector), but they are not. They are a janitorial service provider with a technology component. Unfortunately, there are not many companies in the US that will pay the exuberant fee this company has placed on its services because janitorial services are not their priority. After working here for about 6 months, I realized very quickly that what this company was actually selling was not going to work in the US market. Leadership is unorganized and openly shows favoritism to what they call their "dynamic 5" which are the 5 employees that started with the company back in 2018... if you're one of those 5, you're golden, anyone else, the CEOs may not like you. The CEOs are rude and will belittle employees in front of anyone. Things are so bad here that I am planning to let their investors/board members know the truth about some of their practices. Prior to my joining, they were manually tracking sales activities with major deals. The sales team is the golden child of the organization and everyone must coddle them to ensure that they close their deals (which isn't happening). Overall, this was the worst position I've held in my entire career. I feel bad for all of the employees that are still there because I know this company will not break into the US and the growth that they've touted is all tied to their egos. They also rolled out a bonus plan that no one will ever meet because they will never meet their inflated ego-driven sales goals.
