Nothing good about working for them

Everything, they have strange target policies, they change their mind all the time, i fell like whoever is in charge has no clue what is doing. You need to be universal on the shop floor. The support is very poor it impacts the customer experience all the time. They chew more than they can possibly swallow. A tech has know how to use 3 different booking system for Apple, Samsung and Google and their in house booking system and a sales system, if you compare this to an Apple Tech that works for Apple the salary is the same or higher at Apple and you need to know only about the Apple environment. There is a bonus scheme but it seems like it was made to work against hitting targets hence no bonus. Long story short if you need money for a short period of time its ok but for long term you better look elsewhere.
