Cons
If you're not in the 'in group' then you won't matter. Management lies all the time. When they get called out they just get angry. They talk about promoting from within and training people for higher positions but never do. Whatever you're hired in is going to be your job. Pay is below market value. They will say they have no money for bonuses or raises but then the owner brags about his boat and brand new car. They expect people to work all hours for no extra pay. Benefits are minimum. If you have a family or social life DO NOT APPLY HERE. They will resent you. They want people that will come in at 7 and stay till 6 or 7 with no overtime pay. They treat covid concerns with complete indifference. Do not believe management. They will say whatever they think will keep staff a little longer. Numerous staff have left and from what I understand they are still losing staff. There are better jobs out there.
