Management admits to no training and difficulty getting in contact with them, yet they still expect you to over promise on what they can deliver to customers. Lead management has been quoted saying "we are professional apologizers". Fancy trips, parties, and lead sponsorships have been a beautiful facade covering the dismantled inner systems desperately trying to be fixed by pompous new ops hires...but are really only a waste of company dollars. Favortism is given to those who fit the stereotypical californian vibe: Ethnicity and opinions are strongly looked down upon and it shows in the promotions and firings. It is very well known that you are hired or fired simply because you are liked or not liked regardless of your performance or if you are a pleasant person.
