Pros

Office location is strategic, in the popular business area

Cons

I was genuinely shocked after joining this company. Some employees signal publicly that they are open to work while still performing their duties, an early red flag I wish I had noticed. The work culture is unhealthy, dominated by seniority and favoritism. At times, the environment was toxic that it affected my physical well-being. Recognition and opportunities are reserved for a select few favored roles, while others are treated as mere headcount. If you value a healthy culture, fair recognition, and career development, think carefully before joining. Your time and career deserve better than what this company offers.

Pros

- Decent learning opportunities with exposure to the APAC region. - Flexible working hours. - Good and supportive teammates.

Cons

- Uncompetitive salary, be cautious during negotiations as starting positions can be unfavorable. Salary increments are minimal and fail to reflect contributions. Upper management often boasts about ebitda growth year after year, but during appraisals, they claim the company is underperforming. - Hardworking employees are overlooked, while those involved in office politics often receive unwarranted rewards. For example, sales/presales staff enjoy annual international vacations, but engineers’ efforts go unacknowledged. - Unbalanced credit distribution, Presales staff receive bonuses and recognition for project wins, while engineers face mounting pressure due to unrealistic contract scopes and excessive workloads. - Engineers are often expected to juggle up to five projects simultaneously, despite the overwhelming workload, any failure to meet unrealistic expectations is often blamed on poor 'time management,' rather than addressing systemic issues or providing adequate support. - Promotions often hinge on personal favors or performative actions, such as accompanying management to the airport every few weeks or sending midnight emails to feign dedication or making irrelevant contributions in group discussions solely to gain visibility with management.
