Pros
Few. Pay was ok. No longer about customers just surviving and politics.
Cons
Technology leadership doesn't understand technology. Cronyism and politics abound. Projects out of control burning money and not delivering or delivering late. Big dollars all spent so no money to fix things. Business leaders overpaid and out of touch but think everything is ok. Pay going backward (except at top)
