Bad upper management. Some direct managers have zero experience and even lack a uni education, yet they manage operations of the company or supervise big important teams. The ex-COO is now our Managing Director and things feel bleaker than before because the guy has zero people and managerial skills. Key departments are functioning by a thread as many left the past two months, including C-Level. We're all waiting for the last standup to get the news that doors will close officially. The lack of market knowledge and experience by senior management is the cause of failure. It will be sad to see this company go away.
