      Pros

      Work from home, Great vacation package plus you don't have to bid on vacation time - it's fairly easy to take time off when you need it, small company so you really get to know the people that you are working with, There's opportunity for growth!

      Cons

      Sometimes I missed working out of an office, but the staff make it easy to stay connected.
