Pros
In general, my colleagues were great. Everyone is super enthusiastic about traveling and it is a young atmosphere filled with mainly females in there 20's. You do get the opportunity to travel on one of the different tours with all expenses paid for. This position will give you customer service experience and you will learn various mediums such as Salesforce to add to a resume.
Cons
One ex-colleague said that within the 1-2 years working there, there have been about 16 individuals who have quit, there may be more now. Usually, people leave before a full year working there. The pay doesn't reflect the average Salary for the New York area. It is a relatively low paying job and if you do decide to live in Manhattan you will commute about an hour to work each day on the MetroNorth. There is no transportation funds, so you will need to budget this. It's difficult to move up in this company, they overwork employees with good work ethic and those without a good work ethic get more recognition. Not a place that takes constructive criticism well. In the initial interview I was told there is great room to move up within the company and found this not to be true.
