I joined Inteliwaves with high hopes, expecting to grow in my career. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what was promised. While I was hired as a Senior Executive in Facility & Administration, I was rarely included in key decision-making processes, even in areas directly related to my responsibilities. Despite my best efforts to manage vendors, procurement, and operations efficiently, my contributions were often overlooked or criticized without constructive feedback. The work culture is toxic and unsupportive. There is a serious lack of clarity in roles, and the expectations constantly change. One day you're told not to take initiative, the next you're blamed for not doing so. The constant micromanagement, blame game, and indirect humiliation took a toll on my mental well-being. Simple issues like not giving the office keys to the office boy led to me being forced to come in early, and leaving on time became a problem. I was the fourth Admin employee to join within a year — a clear reflection of high attrition and deeper structural issues. Even after working sincerely, I was made to feel like I was wasting everyone’s time, and that my presence wasn’t valued. I had to resign for the sake of my health and peace of mind. I appreciate the one or two people who did try to help, but overall, I wouldn't recommend this company for anyone looking for a respectful, growth-oriented environment.
