Great place and even better culture - Anonymous ion interactive Employee Review

Ion Interactive is hands down one of the best companies I have ever interned with, I've interned with 7 different companies to be exact, they have an amazing company culture with a commitment to excellence from everyone I worked with. Everyone there was extremely kind and genuinely cared about you as a person. If you are serious about sales as a career and want to join a growing company that will take you to the next level Ion Interactive is the place for you.

There aren't any cons that I experienced

There is something special going on here at ion and I'm thrilled to be a part of it. People are passionate and creative. Everyone is really friendly and motivated to deliver the best possible customer experience and the product is amazing. Communication is open and honest, and the senior management is genuinely committed to their people and customers. Top to bottom, they make you feel valued. Compensation is fair, the benefits are terrific and the complimentary valet parking is a great perk! There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance so it's convenient to go out for lunch. Many of us also take advantage of the catered lunch a few days each week; it's fun hanging out in the kitchen with people from other departments when you feel like taking a break. It's always stocked with tons of food, snacks, candy and great coffee.

ion is not for everyone. Pace is fast and workload is heavy but I enjoy working hard and enjoy the challenge. I do work late sometimes to complete time-sensitive tasks but that's very normal in any agency.
