I love working here at ion. We went through an acquisition which made it tough on a lot of people... but we are continuing to grow stronger and push in the right direction every single day. The office culture here is amazing. Everyone gets along with each other and makes working here fun. Can't forget to mention the free food every single day (breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks), work from home policy, full paid benefits, and awesome employees. It's great here!

Many people work from home during the week... so sometimes the office can be empty. But we all try and come in as much as we can!

Small private company with some blue chip clients in the US and internationally. High-paced work environment, with some employees being happy and long-term. Heard pay was not bad for Florida. Free lunches on Mondays, owners try to build camaraderie. Nice location in Boca Raton minutes from the beach.

I was literally ousted by my immediate boss for being more experienced and too liked by the owner. She just told me not to come to work outside the agreed hours, while the owner put me on a large project which required full-time schedule. The owner was too busy at the time even for a short talk since most of the sales department plus the only, at the time, person in marketing quit. Small company, so little room for growth besides growing the client list for the company, Most people work long hours so closeness to the beach means nothing.
