Pros
If you're looking to explore the fintech industry, ipaymy is a great place to work at. It's fast paced and the role I had was exciting but more importantly, it was also a great fit for me. Diverse team and everyone genuinely looks after one another - zero politics, at least as far as I know ;) Everyone works remotely so you get to enjoy the flexibility of managing your own working schedule and with that, you get to deliver results in your own style.
Cons
Like most start ups, you have to earn your place in a fast growing environment. If you have the kind of mindset that harps on the occasional obstacles, but not wanting to find the "how" to solve them, it will be hard to thrive in ipaymy.
