Pros
Every day I work with a team that is clever, driven, and always up for a good laugh...and that's pretty damn amazing. Everyone in the organizations contributes to the direction of a business that is successfully growing.
I've learned so much about tech, marketing, finance, human resources, PR, customer support, etc. that I'm surprised my brain has not said 'sorry, memory full' by now. Bonus, this has also culminated in growing on a personal level.
Cons
Yes, it's a 'start up' (not a 9-5 job) and growing rapidly. This is fantastic, but you need to have a certain grit and tenacity to keep up with the pace and navigate new challenges thrown your way. This type of environment isn't for everyone - which is okay! Different strokes for different folks :)
