      This is the best team to work with (Engineering team) Talented, cooperative and nice From teamwork or technical perspective.

      Cons

      Pressure pressure pressure all the way, the company is scaling quickly with tons of new requirements/changes which puts so much load on engineers especially newcomers to get introduced to the large system + add new features But to be honest, the management tries multiple strategies to fix that

      Kwentra has been an amazing first step for me after spending several years in the hotel industry. The atmosphere here is really refreshing! The management truly embodies an open-door policy, making it easy to communicate and share ideas. I love how they appreciate every single contribution, no matter how small. It’s great to feel recognized for my efforts! Plus, the coaching and guidance I’ve received have been invaluable. There’s a strong focus on continuous learning and development for the entire team, which keeps things exciting and helps us all grow together. Overall, I'm really enjoying my time at Kwentra, and I’m excited about what the future holds!

      Being a member of the team is quite enjoyable for me, and I can honestly state that I have no drawbacks to mention.
