I've been working at leadPops since 2014 and it's been an awesome experience. We have really grown in my time here, and I'm excited to see what the future holds. The work culture is very encouraging, everyone is always helping each other so we can reach our goals. It's easy to work hard when you see people giving it their all for our team success. It really does feel like a family. As a company, I think the sky really is the limit. We have an awesome product, and a sharp support staff to make sure it works. Leadership has clear goals on what needs to be done to keep growth and smash goals. What I love the most is that your voice matters, you are not just an employee, there is tons of encouragement to voice your thoughts and they are genuinely considered. To me that is very important, I want to feel like I'm part of something big, and I have my role in that success. There is no doubt I feel that way working at leadPops.
