Pros
LG2 really has the potential to be a great place to work - it seems to understand work-life balance better than a lot of other agencies. There are some really nice people there.
Cons
Your experience at LG2 will vary largely based on your manager. If your manager has it out for you, expect to be put on an improvement plan, fired or treated poorly consistently until you decide to leave on your own. Flexibility doesn't seem to be one of their traits, despite what the job postings say.
