Awesome place to fast-track your experience across a range of different productions and clients. They expect a lot out of their account people and reward those that are up to the task.

Cons

This atmosphere can be taxing and overwhelming for those that aren't "all-in".

LG2 really has the potential to be a great place to work - it seems to understand work-life balance better than a lot of other agencies. There are some really nice people there.

Cons

Your experience at LG2 will vary largely based on your manager. If your manager has it out for you, expect to be put on an improvement plan, fired or treated poorly consistently until you decide to leave on your own. Flexibility doesn't seem to be one of their traits, despite what the job postings say.

Great clients and project, super competent team mates, independent company that is autonomous in making its decisions

Cons

Salary isn't super competitive. The agency has gotten very big so it's tough to grow. There's a bigger insistence on productivity vs creativity now. Hours are long.
