Pros

Overall it's a great company with a lot of potential. The people are great and there are a bunch of cultural perks. CEO is great and can absolutely rally, unite and inspire the company across the different teams.

Cons

If you're looking at Ops or Support, definitely dive in. If you're looking at a sales role and are just out of college or entry level, it could be a great learning experience, but if you're an experienced in sales, proceed with caution. Despite best intentions, upper management is young and having major difficulty trying to scale the company. I think they will figure it out eventually, but it's at the cost of dedicated employees while they figure it out and they seem to be quick to wash their hands and cut their losses with unhappy employees.

Pros

A community of individuals who all were hard-working, and that was necessary to get the job done for the client.

Cons

The company had to downsize and we lost a lot of great people
