      Pros

      mcm is such a vibrant workplace. The staff are extremely kind, considerate and have a great sense of humor. My role at mcm creative group was always exciting, there were always opportunities for me to develop my career which I jumped at, and I would thoroughly recommend working here.

      Cons

      Towards the end of my role we organised lots of team-bonding sessions. It would be great if these were a consistent theme as I feel it truly strengthened the communication between employees.

      Awful senior leadership and awful owners. Only care about money and don’t understand the industry or care about their people. Seem nice on the outset but genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my career

      Great clients, genuinely interesting and rewarding projects, and the team is just amazing.

      Cons

      As with any agency, time can be a crunchy but everyone is so supportive even under pressure.
