When I first started working at mcm, only a few people were welcoming. In my team, no one wanted to make the effort to include me into the group and I felt left out and quite lonely in my group.
Also, there was role within the group that became available, but I was not offered the opportunity to be interviewed for the role, instead it went to someone who was external to the company and I actually knew this person and this person had no experience.
Management was did not seem to be open to making changes (at the time I was employed) in the event process and left a lot of people (including myself) frustrated. They were quite closed minded.
Also, with terms to getting new business, they used an agency to 'cold call' companies to try and secure new business, which I felt was not working at all.
There seemed to be non-existent training, you were expected to 'get on with it'.
There also was favouritism within the company.
