Pros

Some great talents in tech work here. It’s nice to work alongside these individuals.

Cons

They are not transparent and lie to their employees. The culture team even asks employees to come to Glassdoor and write nice reviews, so don’t believe all these glamorous reviews. It was heart breaking to hear the CEO talking about redundancy rounds as employee brand building activities and didn’t show any genuine empathy for affected employees. It has a burnt-out culture and all people are dispensable even if they’ve sacrificed for the company.

Thank you for sharing your perspective on working here. It's unclear if you're a current employee, but in the spirit of our 'Run Towards The Fire' mantra, I'd love to chat more about the feedback you shared so I can better understand. As always, please feel free to reach out to me for a confidential chat if you're comfortable and we can work through together. One thing I did want to clarify was the point you raised about my team asking people to share fake, positive reviews. I've done a full review of our employee advocacy approach & comms and am comfortable that we have never once asked our team members to write fake reviews. In fact, we have repeatedly positioned employee advocacy work as 100% optional, encouraged team members to only share what aligns with their true experience working here, and provided multiple avenues for people to share constructive feedback both directly and anonymously. I'm pleased to see that many of the people who have taken the time to share reviews on Glassdoor have provided both positive and constructive feedback, all of which helps us to continuously improve.

There’s a ton but here’s a few Culture Community Benefits Support Salary

Cons

There really isn’t much, it’s a start up for the USA so there’s little growing pains

Pros

Half the codebase is not vibe-coded garbage.

Cons

Half the codebase is becoming vibe-coded garbage. Some "prompt engineer" stumbled through their way through a "big idea", it passed the demo, and now it's my problem when it breaks in prod. Except it won't break in prod because nobody's using it. Our real users are three VCs watching a Loom at 2x speed.
