Pros

you will have to learn to do everything, even what is not in your competence, but you will learn a lot

Cons

work until you burn out, overtime on weekends is not paid in the proper amount and you need to go out on weekends constantly. Requests to work outside of work hours, generally poor distribution of responsibilities. The manager is polite only when he needs additional work from you; if you make a request or point out a problem, then don’t expect politeness

Pros

Friendly and Kind Colleagues: The team is composed of genuinely nice and amiable people, creating a pleasant working environment. Flexible Scheduling: It's always possible to negotiate schedules, which provides a good work-life balance. Remote Work: The company offers the opportunity to work remotely, which is a significant advantage. Corporate Events and Team Building: There are corporate events and team-building activities that foster camaraderie and team spirit. Well-Organized Onboarding and Training: The onboarding process and training programs are well-structured and thorough, ensuring new employees are well-prepared for their roles.

Cons

High Turnover Rate: There is a significant turnover rate in the department, which affects team stability and continuity. Intimidation Tactics: The team lead often uses threats of termination to motivate employees, creating a stressful and unproductive atmosphere. Meaningless Work: The primary task is sending cold emails to potential clients without considering the specific market characteristics, making the work feel futile. Lack of Marketing Analysis: There is no marketing analysis of the target audience or alternative methods for acquiring clients besides cold emails. Unrealistic Sales Targets: Sales targets are often unrealistic and unachievable, leading to 80% of employees leaving the company within 3-6 months. Low Salary: The salary offered is low compared to the market standards in the EU. Unpaid Bonuses: After resignation, earned bonuses are not paid along with the final salary. Frequent Terminations: Employees are often terminated in favor of cheaper labor, facilitated by hiring through service contracts instead of official employment contracts. Overtime Pressure: Under the pressure and fear of termination, many employees are forced to work overtime and at night for a low salary to try to meet the unrealistic targets. This overtime work is not compensated.
