Pros

Amazing people, cool office, fun perks, and parties

Cons

This was truly a job from hell. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. It was a dream to finally leave. We worked from 9-6, which was not disclosed until I got the job. One hour lunch, and the rest of the day was nonstop, mentally exhausting work. We were graded so severely and harshly even if the customer themselves gave you a 5/5 review… management and leadership did not care that we were overworked, drained, severely underpaid, and miserable. Every single person on my team was so exhausted, and it was so sad to see because they really did do a great job at hiring so many amazing people. They kept adding responsibilities on top of our already extremely busy schedules with no pay raise. You will be working every minute of everyday except your lunch pretty much. You even have to ask to use the restroom, it’s so insane.

Lots of changes to the product very quickly. Felt more reactive than proactive but seems to have landed well.

Pros

Excellent benefits and perks! Breakfast and lunch served daily Great office location Very social culture Good name to have on your resume

Cons

The company operates at a very fast pace, moving a million miles an hour in every direction with no clear, committed vision, and the market’s response to the share price reflects that. Everything feels like a fire drill all the time. High turnover in major office hubs has significantly impacted team continuity, and morale is at an all-time low. The future feels super unpredictable because leadership actively deflects accountability for the chaotic positioning and downward trends, mostly blaming external factors rather than taking ownership.
